Smart Site Safety Solution · 4S Compliance

Smart Site Safety,
Built to Prove It.

Permit-to-work software that blocks a permit the moment a certification expires — built for EPC contractors and industrial site operators, proven on Aramco-approved projects in Saudi Arabia.

4S compliance software: permit-to-work with a hard certification gate, a digital worker passport per person, and a permanent audit trail — unified with live tracking, video monitoring and fleet operations across every project, site and zone.

Three Storylines, One Platform

Every one of these happens in the same platform.

Not a dozen separate tools reporting up a chain — one connected record, from the gate to the boardroom.

6:45 AM

Gate check-in

A worker scans their Digital Safety Passport QR badge at the site gate. Certification status comes back instantly — no clipboard, no call to HR.

7:10 AM

Permit requested

A hot-work permit is submitted for Zone B, routed straight to the approver assigned to that zone — not just anyone with a role.

7:11 AM

The gate holds it

One assigned worker’s confined-space certification expired yesterday. The certification gate won’t let the permit through — there’s no override button to reach for.

11:30 AM

A dashcam flags drowsiness

A DSM sensor on Truck 08 fires a drowsiness alert mid-route. It lands as an incident on the same Site → Zone map as the gate check-in and the permit — not a separate app.

4:00 PM

Closed out

The permit is resubmitted with a valid credential and approved. The incident is verified and closed. Every step since 6:45 AM sits in the same permanent audit trail.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about NexSight.

What is NexSight?

NexSight is a smart site safety solution that connects projects, sites, people, vehicles, equipment, IoT devices, video and environmental systems into one intelligent operational layer for safety-critical and distributed operations.

What industries does NexSight support?

NexSight is built for construction and infrastructure, mining and heavy industry, oil and gas, transportation and logistics, industrial services, and smart cities and government operations.

How does NexSight work?

NexSight follows a Connect, Context, Understand, Act model: it connects devices, sensors, cameras, vehicles and people; organizes them by project, site and zone; turns events into alerts and unified signals; and helps teams act through incidents, actions, verification and closure.

What solutions does NexSight offer?

NexSight offers Project Operations, Fleet Operations, Workforce Safety, Permit-to-Work, Digital Safety Passport, Tool and Equipment Tracking, Environmental monitoring, Security and Video, HSE and Compliance, and Analytics and AI.

Is NexSight an AI-powered platform?

NexSight is AI-ready by design. It ingests real-time driver and vehicle safety alerts — phone use, drowsiness, lane departure, blind-spot events — from third-party ADAS/DSM/BSD dashcams and sensors, and unifies them with your operational data into one incident and action workflow. NexSight does not perform its own computer vision or predictive analytics today; those are on the roadmap.

Does NexSight replace our existing safety cameras or sensors?

No. NexSight ingests alerts from your existing or new AI-capable hardware — dashcams, sensors, cameras — and unifies them with your operational data. It is not a hardware replacement.

Can approval authority for permits be limited to specific sites?

Yes. Approval authority for Permit-to-Work is assignable per Project, Site or Zone, not just to anyone holding a given role.

What happens if a worker’s certification expires while a work permit is open?

Certification status is checked live at approval time. If any assigned worker is missing a required certification or theirs has expired or been revoked, the permit cannot be approved — there is no override path.

Can we track hand tools and equipment the same way we track vehicles?

Yes. Tools and equipment are a fully separate registry from vehicle fleet management, with their own checkout/check-in history and placement onto Projects, Sites and Zones.

How do I request a NexSight demo?

You can request a demo directly on the NexSight website or email contact@nexsight.me to talk to the team about your projects, sites, assets and operational challenges.

Who runs NexSight?

NexSight is built by a team with 10+ years of hands-on experience in IoT/M2M systems architecture, telematics and fleet-safety platforms. NexSight is currently in a pre-launch, design-partner phase — read more on our About page.

Where is our data stored?

NexSight is in a pre-launch phase and confirmed hosting region and provider are being finalized ahead of general availability. Current details are published on our Security & Data Handling page and updated as they are confirmed.

Does NexSight work offline?

The certification gate and permit approvals are enforced server-side in real time, which requires connectivity at the moment of action. Offline-first support for remote sites is on our roadmap — tell us about your site connectivity and we can talk through it for your pilot.

How much does NexSight cost?

NexSight is in a pre-launch, design-partner phase, so pricing is scoped per engagement based on your projects, sites and workforce size rather than published as a fixed price list. Request a demo and we will walk through pricing for your specific rollout.

What does a NexSight pilot involve?

A pilot typically starts with one project or site, focused on the workflows that matter most first — usually Permit-to-Work and the Digital Safety Passport — before expanding to fleet, equipment and analytics. We work directly with your team to configure certification types, approval authority and permit types around how you already operate.

Ready to make your site safer?

See the entire operation. Understand what is happening. Act before it becomes a problem.

Tell us about your projects, sites and safety challenges. We'll show you how NexSight can fit around your environment.
